Mother seeks restraining order from court on Gardasil. Fiona Kirby has testified that her daughter is now in need of permanent care after being injected with Gardasil.
The entirely too-long list of HPV vaccine injuries continues to grow. This time it is a nurse named Fiona Kirby, who is now seeking a High Courter order for the withdrawal of the license given for the HPV vaccine.
Ms Kirby, a nurse, is seeking a High Court order for the withdrawal of the license given for the Gardasil HPV vaccine, currently being offered to the parents of 11-16 year old girls as a possible cervical cancer preventative. According to the Irish Times.
Kirby testified that in less than a day’s worth of time after her daughter was injected with Gardasil, she came down with severe flu symptoms. The same symptoms cropped up again after the second dose. Kirby, a nurse, rejected the third administration of Gardasil. But the damage was already done, according to Kirby, who says her daughter now needs permanent care. She says her daughter suffered “horrendous adverse effects.” She also says that after investigation, she found that “similar continuous life changing health problems” exist with other girls as a result of the vaccine. Kirby showed up to court with a support group for vaccine injured children.
If the HPRA grants the restraining order, it would be a huge victory for those groups of parents and pockets of resistance to the HPV vaccine. This is a vaccine which has continually been under fire all around the world, including in Japan where the country refuses to endorse it. The vaccine is pitched to teenage girls and their parents as cancer prevention, but the injuries resulting from the injections continue to mount.
