Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.) is at it again, hammering down on the CDC’s involvement covering up an autism and vaccine link. In a speech on the House floor ysterday, Posey said the CDC “intentionally withheld controversial findings.” The findings which potentially link autism and vaccines.
CDC scientist, Dr. Bill Thompson, has said that scientist discovered a link between the MMR vaccine and African-American boys, but they hid the data. Thompson then handed over this information to Posey and Posey has been searching for answers ever since.
According to The Hill.
“I believe it is my duty that the documents Dr. Thompson provided are not ignored,” Posey said from the floor Tuesday, delivering nearly the same remarks as his speech several weeks earlier.
Thompson said while he is “absolutely, resolutely pro-vaccine,” he blasted members of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee (HELP) did not raise the issue in a recent hearing on vaccinations.
Many of you likely remember a similar speech on the House floor two months ago.
