I am so sensitive to gluten that if someone were to touch a gluten-containing food and then touch my food, such as an apple, I would become extremely ill. Think about that for a minute and you will realize exactly how hard it is to eat anywhere. The gluten-free market is not a joke to me, it’s a necessity. That being said, I do not support vaccines and would much rather see money spent toward understanding why people like me are developing celiacs and why so many are experiencing symptoms.
