					<description><![CDATA[My alternative physician has &#039;prescribed&#039; 1000 mcg of B12 of the Methylcobalamin twice a Day with 100 MG of B6 once a day for the past 4 years but she said No folates...which apparently interfere with some assimilation of this or other supplements I take to recover from cancer surgery. They are separate,,not mixed. Methylacobalimin is better absorbed but cyanacobalamin is cheaper to make. Look online for different vitamin companies but...maybe a combo wouldn&#039;t be so good for you either, and, once a month for 1000mcg of B12 is ...probably...Never going to be enough or often enough. And NEVER...under Any circumstances take in Aluminum in any form as it goes right to the brain, it crosses the blood-brain barrier and Settles in the brain, causing much brain damage, adjuvants aren&#039;t at all needed if taking suppliments anyway.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[That is what I ran into my doctor ordered D-3 10,000 units after she checked my D-3 levels which was 4!~ then I went to another doctor and he ordered 50,000 units of D once a day for two weeks!  I checked with a friend PhD pharmacist and he said don&#039;t fill because, in his opinion, it was very dangerous to take that much. So I didn&#039;t. I started buying D-3 again at the health food store and have been on it for years but my D-3 still hasn&#039;t come up to any further of 36 ! And I want it higher than that? I am Caucasian with fair skin and freckles. I try to get out in the Sun daily for 15 minutes, and I haven&#039;t had my blood labs checked yet since summer but will.....I live in Michigan.
