We are being conditioned to accept without question, the idea that vaccination is the ONLY way forward.
As has been pointed out, the billion$ wasted on this would have been better used on sanitation, clean water and nutrition in a more stable and supportive society. Indeed these were the drivers of the massive decline in measles, smallpox, diptheria et al, BEFORE those vaccines were invented.

Gallons were used when a strategically placed drop here and there would have been sufficient.
