The World Health Organization (WHO) will now list vaccine hesitancy and vaccine safety advocates as a threat to world health. Specifically, “the delay in acceptance or refusal of vaccines despite their availability” will be listed on the WHO’s top 10 health threats facing the world in 2019.

Since 2001, the number of children between the ages of 19 months and 35 months who have received no vaccines has quadrupled, according to the CDC.

Via the journal PLOS ONE.

“Since 2009, the number of ‘philosophical-belief’ vaccine non-medical exemptions has risen in 12 of the 18 states that currently allow this policy: Arkansas, Arizona, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah,” the PLOS ONE study authors wrote in their paper.

Australia and Italy are also experiencing a growing skepticism towards vaccines.

According to the WHO, humanity has made “significant strides” in the past few decades when it comes to global health: Life expectancy has increased in many parts of the world, wild polioviruses are on the verge of eradication and 6 million fewer children under the age of 5 died in 2016, compared with 1990.

The top threat to mankind in 2019, according to the WHO, is air pollution.

It should be noted, cancer and degenerative diseases remain the top killer of humans. There is, of course, no cure for cancer.

The WHO is continuing to warn of the potential of another “flu pandemic.” Flu shot refusal is now at an all-time high.

By listing the vaccine safety movement as a threat, legislation for mandatory vaccine laws is almost certain to gain momentum worldwide. To stay abreast of vaccine legislation in the US, go to www.NVICAdvocacy.org and get on their free notification lists.
