The Newsmakers played host to a debate over whether or not vaccines should be mandatory. In doing so, of course, they opened up a full-on and furious debate over vaccines in general. The show had Rob Butler, a World Health Organization Program Manager in the vaccine division and a Tokyo doctor who specializes in vaccines taking on Elona Lan, an anti-vaccine activist and natural health proponent from Brisbane. Forgive us for likely misspelling her name, we were unable to find her name published in writing.
While Elona was outnumbered, something the host notes prior to the debate, she is strong willed and refuses to back down. This is a great watch.
