Julia Streeter Berle destroys the vaccine debate on live tv. As a guest on the Emmy-winning show, The Doctors, Berle is put through a 2-minute segment explaining why the world would essentially end without vaccines. She holds strong, however, and then comes back with an amazing response.
“I’m not out to ban vaccines, I believe in the concept of eliminating infectious diseases…but right now, the one size fits all, for everybody, not working. A vaccination is a medical procedure that should have questions asked before taking. For example….does your child take antibiotics, does your family have a history of autoimmune disease…”
In years since the vaccine conversation has taken a much more dire tone as mainstream media outlets have all but banned the notion of a celebrity speaking out. Your career can be ruined and your livelihood stripped away. Let’s hope the tide is turning.
