Whether you go into a coffee shop, a bakery, a restaurant, or an auto parts store, you will more than likely see a 'Help Wanted' sign in the window. Every business owner we have spoken with in the last six months across every industry you can think of, they are struggling because they are short-staffed. Where are all the workers? There are no stimulus checks coming in.
