On Valentine’s Day, something happened in France that didn’t get a whole lot of attention. The country’s National Assembly passed a law making resistance to “mRNA treatment” a criminal offense. Anyone who advises against mRNA medical treatments could face three years in prison and/or fines of €45,000.
It sounds surreal, but it is indeed very real. And very draconian. Read it for yourself here.
Opponents of the law described it as “repression of medical dissent”, ”anti-science” and “pushing France ever further in the direction of totalitarianism”.
Proponents of the law say it is aimed at fighting “sectarian excesses” – people they call “pseudo-therapists” who are going against the New World Order (NOW) recommendations. It’s amazing how it all started with ‘two weeks to stop the spread’, and how it quickly morphed into long-term lockdowns, isolation. masks and pseudo vaccines. Sectarian excess now equates to a doctor who recommends an alternative to mRNA jabs or simply a person who chooses a different path.
Bills like these are typically a long time in the making, as the Deep State continues behind the scenes to chip away at our sovereignty. This bill is no different, first proposed in 2022 following a report from an arm of the French government saying the sectarian excesses were getting out of control. 2022, huh? Maybe that’s because adverse events from these jabs were front and center around that time, and people started becoming painfully aware that something wasn’t right. As always, the French government says they’re putting this law in place for the good of the people, to protect them from becoming victims of anti-vaxxing pseudo-therapists. Playbook known.
The law received very little to no recognition in the mainstream media, but it is receiving honorable mention in alternative media outlets, who point out that amongst all the typical flowery wording about protecting health and keeping citizens safe, Article 4 of the new law is particularly damning. Once deleted, but reinstated in this round, it is now a criminal offense to “request to stop or refrain from therapeutic or prophylactic medical treatment” as well as “the request to use practices that are presented as therapeutic or prophylactic ”. Bye bye ivermectin, vitamin D and all the rest of it…except mRNA technology and the likes of Paxlovid.
Countries are run by a world government, and they’ve been working on this for quite some time. The Lancet featured an article in 2021, defending the Austrian Government for a bill that imposed mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirement for all its residents. Their argument is that many nations were doing so. Greece imposed fines on citizens over age 60 who did not get the COVID jab. Other nations like Brazil, Canada, Italy, and Indonesia enacted similar measures, so the three authors, all UK lawyers, used the strength in numbers argument.
The authors criticized Sajid Javid, the UK Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, for saying that mandates were unethical. These authors say that one of the main reasons people resist such mandates is because they could decrease health-care staffing levels. No, not because it might kill you or permanently damage your health, not for religious reasons, but because we’re all worried about staffing levels.
They go on to say that many of us, like Javid apparently, presume mandatory vaccination violates human rights. Of course, these three legal eagles proceed to tell us our view is mistaken, and lay out an extensive legal analysis on why mandatory vaccination is both legal and constitutional. In an ends-justify-the-means approach, they say that human rights law is compatible with mandatory vaccination because the state (the Deep State?) has a duty to adopt mandatory vaccination for the public good. “Restrictions on liberty can be justified if they prevent harm to others.” No more needs to be said. It starts with restrictions on liberty and ends with criminal punishment if you dare to speak out or act out against the restrictions when the state takes it too far.
What happened in Florida?
Thank goodness Florida’s surgeon general, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, does not live in France. Otherwise, he would likely be deemed a criminal for saying what he said in early January when he called on healthcare providers to halt the use of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. Ladapo stated that the health risks had been grossly underreported. Ladapo has long been a voice of reason during the plandemic; he was one of the first in

0 to officially recommend against COVID-19 vaccines for healthy children.
When the nucleic acid contaminants were discovered, Ladapo said enough was enough and called for a complete halt to the Pfizer and Moderna jabs. Ladapo pointed out that while the FDA stated the risk of such contaminants was implausible, the agency never actually tested for it as independent scientists like McKernan and others have. FDA has actually never assessed the nucleic acid contaminants, some of which (like SV40) have potential to cause cancer. Oh but that’s ridiculous, says the FDA, as they roll out their top officials to ridicule Ladapo. But again, the agencies have not tested for it.
The FDA and CDC failed to test for possible DNA integration into the human genome, despite the fact that this testing is clearly in the guidelines of BOTH agencies to do. This is what prompted Ladapo to voice an immediate stoppage to the use of the FDA-approved mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Ladapo wrote an official letter in December 2023 to FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert M. Califf and CDC Director Dr. Mandy Cohen, and even cited a pre-print study that showed proof of “billions of DNA fragments per dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.”
The FDA is sticking to the narrative it helped craft, stating that they’ve carefully reviewed all the available scientific evidence and have not identified any safety concerns related to the residual DNA. Top FDA officials have stated that Ladapo is proliferating misinformation. Ladapo continues to respectfully say that the FDA has not answered his questions with data or evidence.
The FDA continues to paint Ladapo as a physician who is misleading the public. However, if he were in France, he’d be imprisoned for this. Viva la France.
It’s no mystery that the NWO has been playing the long game for a long time. As they say in The Lancet article, “mandatory vaccination is not a knee-jerk response to COVID-19.” It certainly isn’t. Over years and years, mandatory vaccinations of school children have slowly crept into the healthcare system. Now, kids in over 100 countries are required to be vaccinated for a range of diseases, including measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, and polio.
As time goes by, the agencies continue to recommend that more and more vaccines become mandatory. They take advantage of any disease outbreak (or maybe even create a pandemic) to do so. Pretty soon, in Ministry of Truth type fashion, doctors like Ladapo (and Tenpenny) are labeled as crackpots and misinformation masters. When they keep speaking out, despite the harsh words, this medical freedom of expression becomes a criminal penalty, as it has in France with their latest legislation.
France has also played the long game. They were the first to implement the vaccine passports in the summer of 2021; anyone who wanted to go to dinner, a movie or the grocery store had to show their papers, so to speak – proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test. France’s leader Macron is also well known for his disdain for the unvaccinated, as he told Le Parisien: “I am not about pissing off the French people. But as for the non-vaccinated, I really want to piss them off. And we will continue to do this, to the end. This is the strategy.”
France’s plan will be complete with the next pandemic. How many doctors, like Ladapo, will be imprisoned for going against the mRNA jabs?
